HDPE bags are crisper, make a rustling sound, provide much higher tensile load capacity at lower thickness, and yield more bags per kg. LDPE bags are glossy, soft to the touch, and thicker.
The standard MOQ is 500 kg for unprinted plain milky white or clear bags, and 1 metric ton (1,000 kg) for custom-printed branded bags.
The bag yield depends on size and micron thickness. For example, in 37×47 cm standard gauge, there are approximately 110 to 120 bags per kg; in 45×55 cm, approximately 70 to 80 bags per kg.
Bags are packed in 25 kg bundles inside heavy-duty woven polypropylene master sacks, sealed, and palletized for direct container shipment from our Isfahan facility.
